Ginger 40%, lemongrass, liquorice root, peppermint 5%, white hibiscus, black pepper, lemon peel 1%, flavours, acid citric acid. Contain liquorice. Avoid excess consumption in case of hypertension.

One pod for a cup of a cup of herbal tea (120 ml). Sweeten to taste with sugar and honey. Vary amount of water according to taste.
