Potato flour, colours: betacarotene, E102-E110 (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children). May contain traces of MILK and derivatives.

SWEET FRYING - Doses: 125g of sugar, 200g of flour, 1 sachet of Orocrema, 1 liter of milk, grated lemon zest, a pinch of salt.
Dissolve the ingredients in the milk and bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring until the cream thickens. Pour onto a plate or tray with high sides and leave to cool. Cut into squares or lozenges, flour and bread to taste, then fry in boiling oil.
DESSERT IN THE CUP - Doses: 125g of sugar, 50g of flour, 1 sachet of Orocrema, 1 liter of milk, grated lemon zest or liqueur, a pinch of salt.
Dissolve the ingredients in the milk and bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring until the cream thickens, adding the aromas (lemon zest or 2 small glasses of liqueur) before removing from the heat.
