    Sugar, maize starch, thickener: carrageenan, salt, flavours, colour: annatto. May contain traces of MILK and derivatives. GLUTEN FREE. Ready-made caramel: glucose syrup, caramelized sugars, colour: caramel simple.

    Preparation

    Box contents: 2 bags for 1/2 liter (approx 18 fl.ozs) of milk each and 2 bags of ready-made caramel.

    DIRECTIONS: pour bag contents in a pan and dissolve in approx. 100 ml (3,5 fl.ozs.) of cold milk. Add the remainder of the milk and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously. Pour ready-made caramel first in wet molds and then the liquid cream. Let cool for 2-3 hours and serve.
