    Sugar, destrose, powdered skimmed MILK, chopped PISTACHIOS 10%, glucose syrup, non-hydrogenated palm fats, emulsifiers E471 - E472e, salt, sodium caseinate, flavours, thickeners: E412 - E407. GLUTEN FREE.

    Preparation

    Serving size: 500g of product in 750 ml of water. Directions: mix product in a bowl with water. Pour mix in sherbet maker and refrigerate for approximately 45 minutes. Adjust density by raising or lowering working temperature. For large sherbet machine, use 2 bags for 2 litres of half skimmed milk or water. This preparation makes approx. 15 cups of 100ml.
