Serving size: 450g of product in 1 litre of milk. Directions: mix product in a bowl with milk or water. Pour mix in sherbet maker and refrigerate for approximately 45 minutes. Adjust density by raising or lowering working temperature. For large sherbet machine, use 2 bags for 2 litres of half skimmed milk or water.
This preparation makes approx. 18 cups of 100ml.
